Ordina processes your personal data when you create an account on totheroot.io provided via and/or because you provide the information to us voluntarily. Below you find an overview of the personal data that we process:

We use the email address for confirmation, to prevent fake accounts as much as possible. Your email is not displayed on your profile by default. If you do want to show your email on your profile you can do tick the appropriate checkbox on the settings page. Your personal data in our system can only be seen by a limited number of Ordina's employees.

Special or sensitive personal data

Our website and/or service do not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to To The Root.

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

What rights do you have regarding the processing of your personal data?

If you have any questions about what information is collected about you and for what purpose, To The Root and Ordina are always willing to provide you with information. You have the right to inspect and correct or delete data or to restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to such processing and the right to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw your consent. If you have any of the above requests, please submit them in writing to privacyofficer@ordina.nl, with info@totheroot.io in the CC. Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
